    Thanks for your lovely comments on our blog, MJ - I'm so pleased that you like our doll!! Thought I'd drop you a line to say that I finished another doll with glasses tonight - navy blue cat eye glasses. She's so beautiful (if I do say so myself!). Hello again everyone! This year will not see a lot of Halloween projects on my blog I'm afraid... No, am not ill or anything, I just don't have the time and have a lot of other projects to finish as well. Plus, how much Halloween stuff can a person have in the their house? Hi all! I've had so many request from friends for these scissor socks that I wanted to share the tutorial with you. I've been sick for a while so this tutorial is well over due. This will be my first sewing tutorial so I hope it's clear enough :) Feel free to make you own or for friends or family, but please don't use it for commercial purposes or make them to sell. It is after all not my pattern. So let's get started :) You need: 2 pieces of fabric with different print Interfacing (with ironing option on one side only) Cord Ribbon 1 button  Beads Cutting mat and ruler Rotary cutter and scissors Some sort of circular template (I use a small plate) Needle and thread Cut the fabric and the interfacing to a rectangle of 9x12.5 inches (23x32 cm). Halloweening - A Witch's Tea Party

Welcome to my Witch's Tea Party! Kindly hosted in our wonderful land of blog by Frosted Petunias under the full moon :) Ready??? The decorations are up! With much help from the bf as I am just way too tiny... Although I did manage to get the chandelier up myself :) Let's get started shall we? Let me just check that my hat is straight ;) This was not your average tea party as I didnt have much time to prepare due to work stress this week, so it ended up being more of a witch's brunch LOL The most important thing of the tea party: the tea!
