Halloweening - A Witch's Tea Party
Welcome to my Witch's Tea Party! Kindly hosted in our wonderful land of blog by Frosted Petunias under the full moon :)
The decorations are up! With much help from the bf as I am just way too tiny...
Although I did manage to get the chandelier up myself :)
Let's get started shall we? Let me just check that my hat is straight ;)
This was not your average tea party as I didnt have much time to prepare due to work stress this week, so it ended up being more of a witch's brunch LOL
The most important thing of the tea party: the tea! Of course in my lovely witchy mug (from Crate&Barrel last year, I love this mug!). Some juice is also a must in our batty plastic cups
Enter lunch. Witch Soup aka broccoli soup. Very yummy and healthy! On my wonderful Halloween place of course.
Croissants, yumm! The bf (who really didnt want his picture taken today) is already digging into the Emmenthal cheese :)
Check out my wonderful Halloween coffee table :)
Dessert is also a must of course so I made some apple tart. Not very witchy I guess but so good!
Some more bunting was also added
Even the kitchen was decorated!
And I finally hung up the sponge cats I made for the painting challenge :)
Guess what? There were presents also for the host! I got this gorgeous bedding set with Jack Skellington from the bf!! I love it :)
Of course I had to put it on straight away :) Doesnt it look amazing! So now even my bedroom has a Halloween theme :)
So now it's back to decorating some more... I have just finished some jars that I want to put on the stairs with some cool lights so hopefully they'll be dry soon. And the pumpkins are here... I have 5 days to carve 10 pumpkins... OMG... Wish me luck!!
Ooh, I love that bedspread!! I think I need one of my own...
ReplyDeleteAnything with Jack. Skellington I love and who says an "apple tart" isn't witchy? Just ask Snow White ;) Please come and visit me and have some tea, we'd love to see you.
